These Terms of Service govern your use of the BlouseJam website and your purchases from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Product images and descriptions are provided for reference. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We do our best to keep product details and availability accurate, but we don't guarantee that all content is error-free and may correct errors or update information at any time.
When you place an order through our checkout, you'll receive an order number confirming that we've received it. This confirms receipt, not acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing or description error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes (HST) are calculated at checkout based on your province. The price and taxes shown when you complete your order are the ones that apply.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Ontario.
