We want you to love your BlouseJam pieces. If something isn't right, we're happy to help with a return, exchange, or refund under the terms below.
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 14 days may not be accepted.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, perfume, makeup, or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted.
For hygiene and other reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: items marked "Final Sale," gift cards, and any item described as non-returnable on its product page.
Email us at blouse.canada@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm your eligibility and send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error — in those cases we'll cover the cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
The fastest way to get the size or item you want is to return the original (per this policy) and place a new order. If you'd like help arranging an exchange, just reach out.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
